I just had to set the code page for the asp page where you are using fileupload to 1252. It was done adding this to the first line on upload.asp: &amp;lt;% @ CodePage = 1252 %&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;

It is stated in the files in the project, but that doesn't help you before downloading. &lt;/p&gt;

Basically all copyrights must stay in place, cannot be used commercially, and any modifications you make should be shared under the same license.
